This is avery good site, but I need a little help. The help I need is in finding a free course in Business English to use for non-native speakers of English. Age group 19-22. Their English proficiency is below average. I am a special teacher at a college in the North East part of Thailnd. Education here has been very lax in the past few years. Congratulations on this web site! I think it is wonderful! It will certainly help me with the National Teaching Exam (NTE). I am an English teacher currently subbing. I hope to get my own classroom this fall. As I sub for different subjects, I find that many English speaking students don't know their basic English grammar rules or how to apply them in speaking and writing. I understand that this site is for ESL (English as a Second Language) students, but I really feel that students whose primary language is English could benefit from this site. When I get my class, I hope to (if it is ok with you) use site as a "tutorial" for students who are not getting the basics for English. This site will help me with all phases of teaching English grammar and with students on levels 7-12. It can also help lower level students, but my field is secondary education. Upon further exploration of this site, I discovered a section on literature. I feel this is probably the best site I have come across in my search for online help in English/literature. Keep up the good work and please don't ever leave the Net!

Thanks for a great guide, especially the quizzes and examples. I am an American lawyer volunteering in Albania with the American Bar Association Central and East European Law Initiative (ABA/CEELI). As part of our program to promote the rule of law, we work with the Albanian Magistrates School, which trains judges and prosecutors. The School asked me to teach a writing class for the staff who work at the school (a separate judicial writing and reasoning class is also offered for magistrates). Writing is not something that Albanian schools teach as a discipline at any level, elementary through university, so it is much needed. Though I have long been a student of writing, and writing skills are at the center of my profession, I have never taught writing before. Furthermore, I cannot simply walk into a library and find a wealth of materials as I could in the US! As you can imagine, it is very helpful to find your resource online. Now I just have to get a translator . . .
